    Status Update.
    In January 2008 the County placed the formal processing of the North San Juan Area Plan on hold, pending notification of the County's application for a California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Community Based Planning Grant that would fund preparation of the Area Plan. Notification of the grant award is anticipated in June 2008.
